For the last 3 1/2 days I added gluten back into my diet and observed the changes. The only thing I noticed is that I looked a little more bloated (but not bad) in the evenings. Here are the before and after pics from the 28 day reset challenge next to each other. No really obvious changes, though my butt looks a little rounder, my thighs grew a little musclier, my belly looks flatter from the side and the ab muscles seem a little more defined. Just look at it yourself!
