DAY 26: So Much Work! (28 Day Reset)

I am on a very tight time schedule from today to next week sunday. I was at work most of the day today and I didn’t have dinenr, I just snacked here and there.

I made some banana muffins, though and I prepared overnight oats for tomorrow morning (I have to get up at around 6am). And since I didn’t really have time and also am sore basically throughout my whole body I only did 2 workouts today, I’m sorry 😦 (HIIT workouts).
