I’m going on a day trip to Amsterdam tomorrow and I have to wake up at 5am! That means I will have to go to bed at around 9pm at latest. I hope I can sleep because it’s an unusual time for me.
I did half an hour of an abs-butt-legs routine for workouts today. Nothing special there.
For breakfast I had really tasty overnight oats with rice milk, banana, dark chocolate and walnuts. For dinner I sauteed spinach with garlic and arranged it with bacon-wrapped chicken in a honey-garlic marinade.
