DAY 28: It’s Over! (Almost) (28 Day Reset)

Today is the last day of a clean diet! The next three days I’ll add gluten back in and make a post about how I’ll feel. Then the three days after that I’ll add dairy back in and inform you about it again. I’m also going to make a post about how I’m going to keep my diet after the challenge and how I feel about all of this.

So I was on a day trip to Amsterdam today and I only did some simple stretching before I went to bed (I’m writing this on my phone). I mostly ate fruit and veggies because I took 3 big lunch boxes full of them with me. Later I ate a simple salad in a vegetarian restaurant.

I’m glad I got through this and the after pics will be on the blog and on Instagram tomorrow morning!
